*प्रश्न :* अभी अधिक मास चल रहा है, इसका महत्व समझाइये और हमें क्या प्रार्थना करनी चाहिए कृपया उसका मार्गदर्शन कीजिए।

राज दीदी ने कहा नारायण शास्त्र में अधिक मास के बारे में बहुत संक्षिप्त में बताया गया है, लेकिन बहुत बड़ी जानकारी दे दी गई है। हर 3 साल में अधिक मास आता है और शास्त्रों में इसका 3 नाम दिया गया है - पहला : अधिक मास, दूसरा : पुरषोत्तम मास, तीसरा : मल मास। हम इंसानों का स्वभाव है कि हमें अधिकाधिक चाहिए होता है, तो ईश्वर ने हमें अधिक मास दे दिया।

नारायण शास्त्र पॉजिटिव चीजों पर believe करता है, सकारात्मक शब्दों, सही और उचित शब्दों का प्रयोग करने के लिए बहुत अधिक बल दिया गया है इसलिए नारायण शास्त्र में इस महीने के दो ही नाम है अधिक मास और पुरुषोत्तम मास। मल मास : मल यानी गंदगी। यह भगवान का महीना है तो हमें क्यों इसे मलमास कहना है। अध्यात्म गुरु Mr. राघव लिखते हैं कि आपके पास दो choice है। इस महीने में 33 का अंक बहुत अधिक महत्व रखता है। पुरुषोत्तम मास चल रहा है यह भगवान नारायण का नाम है, आपके मुख से नाम निकला आपको 33 गुना फल प्राप्त होगा। आप अगर बारंबार यह उच्चारित करते हैं कि अधिक मास चल रहा है, अधिक मास चल रहा है, अधिक मास चल रहा है तो आप अपने जीवन में अधिकता को आकर्षित करते हैं। पुरुषोत्तम मास में हमें व्रत – उपवास, जप – तप, ध्यान करना होता है।

अधिकतर महिलाएं पुरुषोत्तम मास में व्रत – उपवास करती है। नारायण शास्त्र में यह लिखा है कि आप पुण्य के खातिर इस महीने में व्रत – उपवास करते हैं लेकिन व्रत – उपवास करने के बाद आपकी तबीयत खराब हो जाती है जिसका असर आपके अन्य परिवार जनों पर भी पड़ता है तो आपको व्रत – उपवास नहीं करना चाहिए। आपकी वजह से आपका पूरा परिवार अस्वस्थ हो तो आपको पुण्य की प्राप्ति नहीं मिलेगी। आप जप तप, ध्यान – साधना करें। इस महीने में जो भी अच्छे कार्य आप करेंगे उसका 33 गुना अधिक पुण्य आपको मिलेगा। इस महीने में *”देना”* शब्द पर ज्यादा जोर दिया गया है, इसका उच्चारण करते – करते यह शब्द *”दान”* में परिवर्तित हो गया।

देना और दान में बहुत अधिक फर्क है। कुछ भी देना है तो हम हर किसी को दे सकते हैं लेकिन दान कुछ व्यक्तियों को ही दे सकते हैं, हर कोई दान नहीं लेता। हम NRSP को देने में ज्यादा Emphasise करना चाहिए ना कि दान करने में। कई लोग कहते हैं कि यह देने से आपको यह लाभ होगा, वह लाभ मिलेगा। लेकिन हमें देना क्या है..?? प्यार, आदर, सम्मान, प्रशंसा। प्रशंसा देने की category में आता है क्योंकि आप किसी की भी प्रशंसा करते हो तो सामने वाले को खुशी मिलती है। तन से सेवा, मन में सद्भावना या प्रार्थना और धन से आप जो भी योगदान आसानी से, सरलता से, सामर्थ्य के अनुसार कर सकते हैं वो करिए। यह सब आपको देना है। यह सब हमें देना किसे है..?? जिनके साथ आप रहते हैं, आप जिनके साथ रहते हैं यह सब आपको उन्हें देना है।‌ *”Charity Begins At Home..”* अच्छे कामों की शुरुआत घर से होनी चाहिए। अधिक मास में महिलाओं को चाव चढ़ा होता है 33:33 सामान हमें यहां देना है, वहां देना है। जब तक आप देना शुरू नहीं करेंगे आपका दान फलित नहीं होने वाला है। देना और दान में प्राथमिकता “देना” की होती है। दान आपने नहीं भी दिया तो चल जाएगा।

शास्त्रों मे original शब्द “देना” लिखा गया है, धीरे-धीरे वह शब्द दान में convert हो गया। प्यार, आदर, सम्मान, प्रशंसा देना आवश्यक है। यह सब आपने दिया, उसके बाद यदि आप दान करते हैं तो उसका फल आपको 33 से भी कई गुना अधिक मिलेगा। जो Non NRSP, Non Reiki Channel है वह किसी भी NRSP के संपर्क में आकर राम-राम 21, 33 बार अधिक मास में लोगों के लिए, near and dear one’s को भेजना है। Mr. राघव आगे लिखते हैं यदि आप बारंबार अधिक मास का उच्चारण करते हैं तो आप अपने जीवन में अधिकता को आकर्षित करते हैं। यदि आप पुरुषोत्तम मास चल रहा है यह कहते हैं तो आप अपने मुख से ईश्वर का नाम लेते हैं। यह महीने में जो भी अच्छे काम आप करेंगे उसका 33 गुना फल आपको अधिक प्राप्त होगा।

Question : Didi Adhik mass is going on, please explain its importance and how should we pray during this special month please guide.. Raj Didi said that in Narayan Shastra Adhik Maas has been explained very briefly,a lot of information has been given. Adhik Maas comes every three years and it has been given three names in the scriptures – first : Adhik Maas, second : Purushottam Maas, third: Mal Maas. It Is the nature of the human being, we need more and more, so God has given us one extra month.

Narayan Shastra believes in positive things, a lot of emphasis has been given to use positive words, right and proper words, so in Narayan Shastra this month has only two names Adhik Maas and Purushottam Maas. Mal Mass : Mal means dirt. This is God’s month so why do we have to call it Mal mass..?? Spiritual Guru Mr. Raghav writes that you have two choices. The number 33 holds a lot of significance in this month. Purushottam month is going on, this is the name of Lord Narayan, if you recite the name , you will get 33 times the benefit.

If you repeatedly say Adhik Maas is going on, Adhik Maas is going on, Adhik Maas is going on, then you attract abundance in your life. In Purushottam month, we have to do fasting, chanting, penance and meditation. Most of the women keep fast in Purushottam month. It is written in Narayan Shastra that you fast in this month for the sake of virtue, but after fasting if your health deteriorates, which affects your other family members as well, so you should not fast.. If your whole family is disturbed because of you, then you will not get any merit.

You chant – penance, meditate – practice. Whatever good deeds you do in this month, you will get 33 times more benefit. In this month, more emphasis has been given on the word *”Dena”*,ie in giving while pronouncing it, this word has been converted into “Daan”. There is a big difference between giving “Dena” and “Daan” i.e Donating. Whatever we want to give, we can give it to everyone, but donation can be given only to some people, not everyone accepts donation. We should emphasize more on giving and not on donating. Many people say that by giving this you will get this benefit and that benefit. But what do we have to give..?? Love, respect, appreciation. It comes under the category of giving praise because when you praise someone, the person becomes happy.

Whatever contribution you can make easily, according to your ability, through sewa with body, by prayer or help with money. You have to give it all. To whom do we have to give all this..?? You have to give it all to those with whom you live. *”Charity Begins At Home..”* Good deeds should start from home. In Adhik mass women are eager to donate 33 items. Your donation is not going to bear fruit until you start giving. In Giving and donation you have to give priority to giving. Even if you donot donate, it is fine. Originally ‘Dena’ has been written in the scriptures, gradually that word got converted into “Daan” . It is necessary to give love, respect, appreciation. You have given all this, after that if you donate, then you will get its fruit 33 times more.

The non NRSP, can also send Ram-Ram 21 blessings, 33 times in Adhik Maas to Near Dear ones. Mr. Raghav further writes that if you say “Adhik Maas” repeatedly, you attract abundance in your life. If you say that Purushottam month is going on, then you chant the name of The Divine. Whatever good work you do in this month, you will get 33 times more fruit.
