राज दीदी ने पॉडकास्ट के दौरान हमारा मार्गदर्शन करते हुए अपने मुख से कुछ बातें बताई। 

प्रश्न 0१: पिछले कुछ दिनों से मैं आपके videos देखता हूं, आप राम राम १, राम-राम २ ऐसे counting करते हैं। नारायण नारायण १, नारायण नारायण २ क्यों नहीं..??

राज दीदी ने कहा राम-राम शुरू से system में घुसा हुआ है क्योंकि बचपन से ही हम राम-राम का जाप करते हैं और नारायण नारायण हम सिर्फ उस वक्त बोलते हैं जब हम घर से बाहर जाते हैं।  घर से बाहर निकलने के बाद हमारी सुरक्षा हो जाएगी और ईश्वर हमारी रक्षा करेंगे तो नारायण नारायण हम इसलिए बोलते हैं।  नारायण नारायण वैसे set हो गया और राम राम का जाप ऐसे set हो गया। राम जी और नारायण जी are one and the same, power is one and the same. आप कृष्ण बोलो, माता रानी बोलो सभी भगवान एक ही है,  power एक है। 

प्रश्न 0२: राम राम १, राम राम २, राम राम ३ ये number wise  क्यों, इस तरह से क्यों..??  मेरा आपसे यह प्रश्न पूछने का उद्देश्य यह है कि राम-राम आप एक बार बोलो,  सौ बार बोलो या हजार बार बोलो जितना भी बोलो उतना कम ही है तो counting क्यों..?? 

राज दीदी ने कहा कई लोग हमसे पूछते हैं कि ऐसे क्यों count करना है..?? राज दीदी ने कहा कि हम लोग समूह में प्रार्थना करते हैं, यदि मैं आपको कहूंगी कि आप जाप करो और हम राम राम राम राम बोलते जाएंगे तो हमें पता नहीं चलेगा कि हमें कहा रुकना है। जब हम समूह में प्रार्थना कर रहे हैं, counting कर रहे हैं 500 लोग, 1000 लोग, 2000 लोग जितने भी लोग हैं तो हमें मालूम होता है कि हमें राम-राम 21 पर रुक जाना है। राम राम की एक माला करनी है, राम राम २१ करना है तो सबका एक लय में ही चलेगा।  हम अगर अकेले में भी जप कर रहे हैं तो राम राम राम राम करेंगे और अगर बीच में phone आता है,  door bell बजती है तो हमने जप  कहां तक किया यह नहीं याद रहेगा, यदि counting रहती है ना तो राम राम २१ की counting पूरी करते हैं और राम राम २१ तक पूरा होने देते हैं, फिर ही phone call attend करते हैं या दरवाजा खोलते हैं।  यह सभी के लिए सुविधाजनक होता है। राज दीदी ने आगे कहां हम राम राम २१ भी करते हैं, राम राम ५६ भी करते हैं, राम राम १०८ भी करते हैं। आजकल हम छोटी माला ही करते हैं। ऐसा इसलिए करते हैं क्योंकि सबके लिए comfortable है। पहली बात तो यह है कि राम राम २१ की माला 30 सेकंड्स में पूरी हो जाती है। दूसरी बात यह है कि हमारे मारवाड़ी में यह कहावत है कि हर काम 21 होना चाहिए तो हम उस 21 पर ही फोकस करते हैं ताकि सब बेस्ट हो।

While giving an interview in the podcast Raj Didi shared a few precious things with us

Question 01: Since last  few days I see your videos, you do chanting Ram Ram 1, Ram-Ram 2. Why not Narayan Narayan 1, Narayan Narayan 2..??

Raj Didi said ‘Ram-Ram’ has been into the system from the beginning because from childhood we do jaap of  “Ram-Ram’ and  we speak ‘Narayan Narayan” only when we step out of the house. We have strong faith that even when we go out Narayan will protect us from all kind of negativity. So this is set into our system to say ‘Narayan Narayan’  while stepping out of our home and chant “Ram Ram”. Ram ji and Narayan ji are one and the same, it is the same power. You  can say “ Krishna krishna” or “Mata Rani” all powers are the same.  

Question 02: Ram Ram 1, Ram Ram 2, Ram Ram 2, Why the chanting is number wise, why..??? I have the purpose of asking you this question, that is you do Ram-Ram jaap once or   hundred times or  thousand times, why counting is required.?

Raj Didi said many people ask us why to count..??

Raj Didi explained that we do group prayers, if  during group prayer she guides satsangees  to do  Ram Ram Ram, they will not know when they have to stop. When we are praying in a group with  counting 500 people, 1000 people, as many as 2000 people, we know we have to stop at Ram-Ram 21.  We have to do a Ram Ram Mala or Ram Ram 21, everyone will go in one rhythm. If we are chanting alone, Ram Ram Ram Ram chanting and we are interrupted by a  phone or door bell, we will not remember how long we did the chant, if we know we are chanting Ram Ram 21 first we will complete the counting of 21 and  then we will attend  phone call or open the door. It is convenient for everyone. Raj Didi said that  we do Ram Ram 21, Ram Ram 56 and  Ram Ram 108. Now a days  we chant Ram Ram 21  because it is  comfortable for everyone. The first thing is that chanting of Ram Ram 21 is completed in 30 seconds. Secondly, in Marwaris it is a saying that every work should be 21, so we focus on that 21 only so that everything turns out The best.
