राज दीदी ने सत्र में कहा,  हमारे गोरेगांव सेंटर  पर  सेवा देने के लिए कई लोग आते हैं। एक 60 वर्षीय महिला ने हमसे कहा कि उनका बेटा जो कि उच्च शिक्षित हैं, MBA है, CA पढ़ा-लिखा है। एक मल्टिनैशनल कंपनी में उच्च पद पर कार्यरत हैं, मोटा पैकेज मिलता है, सब बढ़िया है। उसे सिर्फ एक परेशानी है कि उसके बॉस से उसकी बनती नहीं है।उसके बॉस ने उसे परेशान कर रखा है। मेरा बेटा अपना काम पूरा कर लेता है, उसके बाद बाॅस उसे और अतिरिक्त काम ला ला कर देता है। ये भी पूरा करो, ये भी पूरा करो और ये भी पूरा करो। 8:00 बजे तक का ऑफिशल टाइम है, मेरा बेटा 4 साल से नौकरी कर रहा है, 11:00 बजे के पहले वो बाॅस उसे छोड़ता नहीं है। मेरा बेटा काम तो कर लेगा, वह काम से नहीं थकता पर जितना वो काम करता है उतना ही उसके काम में  मीन मेक निकाला जाता है। वापस वापस करवाया जाता है तो मेरा बेटा परेशान हो जाता है। ऐसी कोई प्रार्थना बताइए ताकि वो बॉस और मेरे बेटे के संबंध अच्छे हो जाए।

प्रार्थना बताई गई और मनचाहा नतीजा नहीं मिल रहा था, वह बारंबार हमारे पास आती और कहती कि अभी भी फरक नहीं आया है। राज दीदी ने कहा कि तुम्हारा बेटा इतना परेशान हो रखा है, वह इतना पढ़ा लिखा है तो नौकरी कहीं और कर लेगा, उसे कहिए कि वहां से job  छोड़ दीजिये। उन्होंने कहा कि उसका पैकेज बहुत मोटा है, job नहीं छोड़ सकता है वह। इस पर राज दीदी ने उनसे कहा कि एक काम करो, तुम्हारे बेटे को हमारे पास भेजो, पता तो चले कि कहाँ रुकावट आ रही है और उनके बेटे के स्वभाव के बारे में माँ से पूरी छानबीन कर ली। उसका स्वभाव कैसा है.? क्रोध वाला है.? जिद्दी है.? अड़ियल है.?  उस लड़के की मां ने राज दीदी को बताया कि वह ऑफिस से घर आता है तो जूता यहां खोला, बैग वहाँ पटका, चश्मा वहाँ रखा, लैपटॉप कहाँ रखा, इसमें wallet रखा और सुबह जब ऑफिस जाना होता है तो चीखना कि मेरा सामान  किधर है, यह किधर है, वह किधर है, इस  तरह सब अस्त – व्यस्त अन्य देता है। रोज सुबह  का उसका नियम है  कि चिल्लम – चिली कर के घर से निकलना।  हम सभी इसलिए शांत रहते हैं कि वह शांति से आफिस चला तो जाये। बेचारी माँ, ऐसी उसके  बेटे की अवस्था थी।  सब स्वभाव हमने मालूम कर लिया। सेकंड डे जब वो हमसे मिलने के लिए आया तो बातचीत के दौरान हमने उनसे पूछा कि भाई कितने बजे ऑफिस जाते हो.? वह बोला 9:00 बजे निकलता हूँ। उठते कितने बजे हो.? उसने कहा 8.30 तक। हमने कहा आधे घंटे में तैयार हो जाते हो.? बोला मम्मी सब रेडी करके रखती है, मैंने नाश्ता किया तो किया, नहीं तो ऐसे ही निकल जाता हूं। भीतर की सारी बातें तो हमें मालूम ही थी कैसा स्वभाव है उसका। थोड़ा समझा बुझाकर उसे इस बात पर लाये कि सारा काम जो तुम्हें खुद करना चाहिए, वो तुम तुम्हारी माँ पर छोड़ देते हो और निकलते निकलते भी चीखते चिल्लाते जाते हों, परेशान करते भी जाते हो इसलिए ऑफिस में जाकर तुमको परेशानी भुगतनी पड़ती है, अतिरिक्त कार्य करना पड़ता है।

हमने उससे कहा कि घर में अपना सारा काम ठीक से किया करो ताकि ऑफिस मैं तुम्हें अतिरिक्त कार्य ना करना पड़े। वह बोला, आंटी ऐसा होता है क्या.? मैं नहीं मानता। मैंने कहा, भैया आठ  दिन ट्रायल कर लो। 8 days खाली ट्रायल कर लो। यदि आपको मनचाहा नतीजा मिलता है तो आगे बढ़ो, अन्यथा तुम अपनी जगह हम अपनी जगह। सेकंड डे से उसकी माँ से तो हमको रिपोर्ट मिल ही रही थी। उसकी मां ने हमसे कहा  बराबर सुबह एक घंटे पहले उठ गया, बिस्तर समेटकर गया, जो नाश्ता था वो प्रेम से खाके गया, सामान को  व्यवस्थित रखा, सारा काम बेहद डिसिप्लिन के साथ किया। उसने  माँ बाप से भी बहुत प्रेम से बातें की, सब बढ़िया चलने लगा। तीसरे दिन उस लड़के का फ़ोन हमारे पास रात को 8:00 बजे आया कि आंटी चमत्कार हो गया। 4 साल से नौकरी कर रहा हूँ, आज पहली बार, फर्स्ट टाइम मेरे बॉस ने मुस्कुराते हुए मुझे 8:00 बजे छुट्टी दे दी कि जाओ तुम। 

मुख्य शब्द : दूसरों से अच्छाई चाहते हो तो पहले अपने इर्द-गिर्द के लोगों के साथ अच्छा व्यवहार करना शुरू कीजिए।

The Summary of Divine Wednesday Satsang of 10th January 2024.

The Satsang has been brought to you from the Treasure box of Raj Didi’s Divine Satsangs.

Raj Didi said in the session, many people come to our Goregaon center to give sewa. A 60-year-old volunteer once shared  that her son, who is highly educated, he is CA and MBA. He is  Working on a senior position in a multinational company, gets excellent package, everything is good. The only problem he has is that he doesnot get along with his boss. His boss  harass him a lot. Though her son completes his work timely , the boss gives him more additional work. The boss expects him to do more and more work. The official time is till 8:00 pm, his  son has been working for 4 years, his boss does not release him before 11:00 pm. The  boy is very sincere he does  the work efficiently but the more he works, the more work  he gets. He gets very upset .The lady requested Didi to suggest  some  prayer so that the relationship between the boss and her  son becomes good. Didi guided her with the prayers but  the desired results were not  achieved, The lady would come to didi again and again and say that there was still no difference. Raj Didi told her that since her son is so highly  educated, he will get a job somewhere else, tell him to leave the job from there and apply to some other good company. The lady said that his package is very good, he cannot leave the job. On this, Raj Didi told her to  send her son to meet Didi,  so that she can judge why the prayers are not working. Didi enquired about the nature of her son. Does he get angry? Is he stubborn? That boy’s mother told Raj Didi that when he comes home from office, he throws  his shoes here and there puts his bag on sofa  keeps his glasses on some other place, his laptop, his wallet also just anywhere in the house and in the morning when he has to go to office, he shouts where are his  things, where is this, where is that, this way everyone gets confused. He leaves for office every morning after creating a scene and shouting on family members.

The parents  remain calm so that he goes to the office peacefully. Second day when the son, visited Didi  during the conversation Didi  enquired, what time he goes to office? He said he leaves at 9:00am. What time he wakes  up.? He said by  8.30 am. Didi was surprised and asked how he gets ready in half an hour. He said, Mom keeps everything ready, sometimes he eats breakfast, otherwise he  leaves without eating anything.   After a little persuasion, he accepted that he  leaves all the work ,which he should finish before leaving for office on his mother. Still while leaving for office he shouts  and troubles her.

Didi said that’s why he is facing  trouble in the office, he has to do extra work in office. Didi advised him to do all his work properly at home so that he does not have to do extra work in the office. He asked Didi, how would it help in office. He was not convinced…. Didi asked him to do it as a trial for eight days. If he gets the desired result then go ahead, otherwise leave it. His mother told Didi next day  he woke up an hour early in the morning, made his bed, ate the breakfast happily  kept  all the things in an organised way did all the work with utmost discipline. He also talked to his parents very lovingly, everything started going well. On the third day, Didi got a call from that boy at 8:00 pm in the night that a miracle had happened. He had been working since 4 years in that company, today for the first time, his boss smiled and released him at 8:00 pm and told him to go home. Didi said, “you receive what you give, so be positive in your thoughts words and actions.”
