IPO for paperless patent first examination reports (FERs)

In its office order dated 31 March 2016, the Indian Patent Office has stated that an auto-allotment system for allotting patent applications to examiners will be implemented. The order further states that FERs for patent applications will be sent to the applicants or their agents through e-mail only. For more information, please check here.
