Delhi High Court: No “irreconcilable conflict” between the Competition Act and the Patents Act

The order of the Delhi High Court allows the Competition Commission of India (CCI) to attend to complaints on abuse of dominance of patent rights. The court’s order is with reference to a complaint filed by Micromax and Intex with the CCI against Ericsson. For more information, click here.
