Trademarks Office: Abandonment orders kept in abeyance

Taking into consideration the Delhi High court’s order staying the abandonment orders passed by the Trademarks Office, the Registrar of Trademarks notified that the abandonment orders are being kept in abeyance. The notice can be accessed here.
