Guidelines for examination of computer related inventions finalised by the Indian Patent office

The Controller General has issued an order affirming that for examination of patent applications relating to the field of computer related inventions (CRIs), under Section 3(k) of the Patents Act, the provisions of Guidelines for examination of CRIs are applicable with immediate effect.
