*17 th May 2023 बुधवार सत्संग का सारांश ।*

हमें यह कहना है *”हे नारायण आपसे प्रार्थना है कि जो Halu Symbol हमने draw किया है उसकी Negativity हमने प्रकृति से, अड़ोस – पड़ोस से, क्रोध, ईर्ष्या, द्वेष, बदले का भाव जो भी चीजें हमने Attract की है वह सब हमारे भीतर समाहित है, आगे जाके यह चीजें रोग इत्यादि का कारण बनती है। रात को सोते वक्त हमें Right Hand से Left Hand में Halu Symbol बनाना है। दोनों हाथ जोड़ लीजिए और नारायण नारायण कह दीजिए ताकि Halu Symbol की उर्जा दोनों हाथों में समा जाए। Left Hand को हम नारायण के नाम से भी जानते हैं। Left Hand को हमें Heart Chakra पर रखना है जहां सारे Emotions समाहित है और दूसरा हाथ ठीक उसके नीचे Solar Plexus पर, जहां सारे Organs है ताकि तन की सफाई भी हो सके। यह प्रक्रिया हमें बिस्तर पर लेटे हुए करनी हैं।

हमें यह कहना है *”हे नारायण आपसे प्रार्थना है कि जो Halu Symbol हमने draw किया है उसकी यह खासियत है कि तन की, मन की, जगह की जो भी negativity होती है वह अपने भीतर समा लेता है। हमारे भीतर किसी के भी प्रति जो भी ईर्ष्या, द्वेष है उन्हें Halu Symbol अपने भीतर समेट लेता है।“* हमारे मन में जो भी negative भाव और नकारात्मक Emotions है उन सब की left hand से सफाई होगी, right hand से हमारे तन के भीतर की सफाई होगी।

जब हम सोते-सोते positive message देते हैं, तो हमारे शरीर की हर एक कोशिका वही message दोहराती है। उस message को हमारी body को मानना ही होता है और रातों-रात Halu Symbol हमारे भीतर के अंदर का क्रोध, ईर्ष्या, द्वेष अपने भीतर समेट लेता है। सारी negativity दूर हो जाती है और सुबह हम तरो ताजा उठते हैं। यह प्रक्रिया हमें सोते वक्त रोज करनी है ताकि दिन भर की सारी Negativity दूर हो जाए। ब्रह्मांड में positive ऊर्जा और negative ऊर्जा दोनों समाहित है। हम जो affirmations देते हैं वही ऊर्जा को हम अपनी तरफ attract करते हैं।

राज दीदी ने आगे Meditation करवाया। ब्रह्मांड में जो अच्छाई, भलाई, करुणा है उसे हो राम-राम इक्कीस के माध्यम से जमा कर रहे हैं, collect कर रहे हैं। ‌ हमारा left hand, still रहेगा और right hand से हम ब्रह्मांड से सारी positive energy को एकत्रित करेंगे। हम जब भी राम-राम का उच्चारण करते हैं तो positive उर्जा ही हमारे नजदीक आती है और नकारात्मक ऊर्जा अपने आप ही पीछे चली जाती है। आपके हाथों में positive energy से भरा हुआ, अच्छाई, भलाई, करुणा से भरा हुआ, positivity से भरा हुआ घड़ा है, उसको अपने सर पर रख लीजिए। आप अभी यह महसूस कीजिए कि आपके Crown Chakra के माध्यम से आपके भीतर ब्रह्मांड में व्याप्त अच्छाई, भलाई, करुणा और सारी positive ऊर्जा आपके भीतर प्रवेश कर रही है। तीन बार गहरी सांस लीजिए, दोनों हाथों को आपस में rub कीजिए, शरीर के जिस किसी भी हिस्से में दर्द है वहां जाकर अपने हाथों को touch कर लीजिए और मुस्कुराते हुए अपनी आंखें खोलिए।

The Summary of 17 th May 2023 divine Wednesday Satsang.

The satsang is brought to you from TheTreasure box of Raj Didi’s divine satsangs.

Rajdidi said before sleeping in the night ,we should energize the Halu Symbol because it has the ability to absorb all negative energy. Whatever negativity we have attracted from the universe and our surroundings, through negative emotions like anger, envy, malice, revenge etc ..get accumulated within us. All these things become the cause of diseases.

While sleeping at night, we have to make Halu symbol from right hand on our left hand. Join both the hands and say ‘Narayan Narayan’ so that the energy of the Halu symbol gets absorbed in both the hands. We also know that the energy of Narayan resides in left hand. We have to keep the left hand on the Heart Chakra where all the emotions are collected and the other hand just below heart chakra on the Solar Plexus, where all the organs are connected so that cleansing of body can be done .

While lying on the bed. We have to say *”Hey Narayan, I pray to you, that whatever negativity is there in the mind, body or place, is absorbed by halu symbol. If we have any kind of negative energy within us due to anger jealousy, malice, the Halu symbol absorbs it within itself. “* As soon as we pray, the Halu symbol collects all the negativity from within us . Whatever negative emotions are there in our mind, it will be cleaned with the left hand and the cleansing of our body will be done through the energy of the right hand.

When we give positive messages while sleeping, every cell in our body repeats the same. Our body has to accept that message and overnight the Halu symbol absorbs our inner anger, jealousy and hatred, all the negativity moves away and we wake up fresh in the morning. We have to do this process daily before sleeping so that all the negativity of the day goes away. Both positive energy and negative energy are present in the universe. We attract the energy according to our thoughts words and deeds . Rajdidi guided Satsangees for a meditation. We should collect the positive energy which is present in.the universe like humility, kindness compassion by chanting Ram-Ram twenty-one. ‌ Our left hand should be in L shape palm facing towards the right hand and with right hand we should collect all the positive energy from the universe. Whenever we chant Ram-Ram, only positive energy comes near us and negative energy automatically moves away. Imagine You have a pitcher in your hands full of positive energy, full of, compassion, full of positivity, put it on your head. Feel now that the kindness , compassion and all the positive energy in the universe is entering you through your Crown Chakra. Take three deep breaths, rub both hands together, go to any part of the body where there is pain and touch your hands and open your eyes with a smile.
