*प्रश्न : LIFE मे STRESS हर MOMENT पर है, जैसे – बच्चों की परीक्षा, उनका CAREER,

शादी, दिनचर्या, काम, LIFE मे लगातार चुनौतियां आती ही है और LIFE मे गलतियां भी हो जाती

है। तब इन SITUATIONS को कैसे संभाला जाए..??*

इन्होंने अपने प्रश्न मे दो शब्द बोले है, पहले कहा STRESS बाद मे SITUATION. राज दीदी

प्रश्न की ओर इशारा करते हुए कहते हैं कि अब मुझे बताइए कि ये सारी चीजें *STRESS है या

SITUATION..??* SITUATION..!!

जमीन – आसमान का फर्क है यदि आप STRESS कहते है तो, STRESS के भीतर नकारात्मक

उर्जा है। आप मुंह से STRESS शब्द बोलकर देखिए, आपको STRESS शब्द बोलने के लिए थोड़ी

चेष्टा करनी पड़ेगी और आपको SITUATION शब्द बोलने के लिए उतनी चेष्टा नहीं करनी पड़ेगी।

ये सब हमारे जीवन का हिस्सा है, यदि ये नहीं करोगे तो क्या करोगे..??

बच्चों को पाठशाला नहीं भेजोगे, परीक्षा नहीं दिलवाओगे, CAREER नहीं बनाओगे, काम नहीं करोगे तो

क्या करोगे..?? कोई और विकल्प है क्या बताओ मुझे। ये हमारी जिंदगी का हिस्सा है। आप लोग

कहते है कि जिंदगी का हिस्सा है, लेकिन हम कहते है कि OPPORTUNITY है क्योंकि इसी के

माध्यम से ही तो हम लोग अपने आप को साबित कर सकते हैं। परीक्षा के बिना कैसे पता चलेगा कि

आपका बच्चा कहां तक पहुंचा है। CAREER नहीं बनाना है क्या..?? काम नहीं करना है क्या..??

उनसे जाकर पुछिये जिन्होंने पाठशाला का मुख तक नहीं देखा, CAREER शब्द नहीं सुना। जिनके

पास नौकरी नहीं है वो कहेंगे कि आपको कितनी बड़ी OPPORTUNITY मिली है, हमें नहीं मिली।

शब्द – शब्द मे परिवर्तन करना है, ये सारी चीजें मात्र SITUATION है। आपने कई लोगों को देखा

होगा कि छोटी - छोटी बातों को बड़ा बना देते हैं, *”अरे बाप रे, इतनी बड़ी समस्या”* और कई

लोग उसी चीज के लिए सोचते है कि ये SITUATION है और हमको इसमें से बाहर कैसे निकलना

है। तो आप किन शब्दों का इस्तेमाल करते हैं वो जरा CHECK कीजिए। ये सारी चीजें

SITUATION है और हम सभी अपने जीवन में चाहेंगे कि हमारे बच्चे परीक्षा दें, अपना CAREER

बनायें और हम भी काम करें।

Summary of Divine Wednesday Satsang of 17 August 2022.

*This is a question and answer session.*

*Question: There is STRESS at every moment in life, such as – children’s examination, their career,

marriage,office work, house hold chores,there are constant challenges in life and many mistakes are

also made in life. Then how to handle these situations..??*

Didi said ,

‘There are two important words used in the question, first STRESS then SITUATION. Raj didi asked that whether all these things are *STRESS or SITUATION..??* SITUATION..!!

There is a difference between the land and the sky. If you say STRESS, then there is negative energy in the word STRESS. Try speaking the word STRESS , you will have to make a little effort to say the word STRESS but you will not have to make as much effort to say the word SITUATION.

All this is a part of our life, if you do not do this then what will you do..??

If you will not send children to school, he will not get exams, he will not make career, if you do not work then what will you do..?? is there any other option ?? All this is part of our life. You people say that this is part of life , but we say that this is opportunity because only through this we can prove ourselves.How will you know about your child’s progress without an exam. Don’t you want a career..?? Don’t you want to work..??

Go and ask those who have not even seen the face of the school, have not heard the word

CAREER.Those who do not have a job, they will say that what a great opportunity you have got, we do not have it.

Negative Words have to be changed in positive words, all these things are just SITUATIONS. You must have seen many people make big issues of small things “ Oh my God such a big problem!! And many people think for the same thing as a situation and how to come out of it. So just check which words you use… All these things are situation . We all want in our life that our children should give exam, make their career and should also work.
