राज दीदी ने इस सत्र में अपनी प्राथमिक Wish को पूरी करने के लिए कौन सी प्रक्रिया अपनानी है, उसके बारे में बताया है। राज दीदी ने आगे कहा कि अपनी एक Priority Wish को जल्द से जल्द पूरी करने के लिए क्या करना होगा। उसके लिए आपकी जो प्राथमिक Wish है, आपकी इच्छा हैं, जो आप चाहते हैं उसे जल्द से जल्द पूरा करने के लिए, हम आपको एकदम आसान तरीका बताते हैं। एक नोटबुक ले लिजिए या हमारी जो नारायण रेकी सत्संग परिवार की डायरी आपके पास होगी, आप उसमें लिखिये, तो ज्यादा बेहतर होगा। सबसे ऊपर,

“नारायण आपके आशीर्वाद से” (यह आपकी Heading रहेगी)

उसके बाद हमारी संस्था की पुस्तक “फलीभूत करे प्रार्थनाएँ” उसमें Affirmations आसानी से उपलब्ध है, इसमें सारे तरीके दिए गए हैं कि किस तरह से हम प्रार्थना करें, ताकि हमारी प्रार्थना जल्द से जल्द पूरी हो जाए। जो आपकी Priority Wish है, आपकी प्राथमिक Wish के According इसमें आपको Statement मिल जायेगा। उसके बाद, इस बुक में से आप Heading के नीचे आपका पूरा Statement लिखेंगे, जो कि इस बुक में आपको अच्छे से दिया गया है। Heading के बाद आपने अपना Statement लिखा, उसके बाद आप Number 1 लिखेंगे।

नारायण आपका असीम धन्यवाद है। असीम धन्यवाद है। असीम धन्यवाद है।

इस तरह से पूरा एक Statement लिखेंगे। Number 1 Statement Same To Same 56 Times आपको लिखना है, ५६ बार आपको लिखना है क्योंकि लोगों को Confusion होता है कि ये लिखना है या ये लिखना है। बहुत आसान तरीका है, आपने यह लिखा है कि नारायण आपके आशीर्वाद से, फिर आपको अपना Statement इस भाव के साथ लिखना है कि मैंने आपसे प्रार्थना की है और मेरी यह Wish पूरी हो गयी है। नारायण आपका असीम धन्यवाद हैं, असीम धन्यवाद हैं, असीम धन्यवाद हैं। इस तरह से आपको 56 बार लिखना है। Suppose आपके पास समय कम है, आप पूरा नहीं लिख पा रहे हैं तो ऐसे में “नारायण आपका असीम धन्यवाद हैं” सिर्फ एक बार भी लिख सकते हैं, पर preferable रहेगा कि तीन बार लिखे। 56 बार लिखने के बाद फिर से आपको लिखना है, “नारायण आपका धन्यवाद है।“ नीचे पूरा Statement वापस लिख देना है।

नारायण आपके आशीर्वाद से मेरे पास प्रचुर मात्रा में धन है, प्रचुर मात्रा में धन है, प्रचुर मात्रा में धन है। आपको यदि समृद्धि के लिए Statement बोलना है तो आपका Statement यह रहेगा। उसके बाद, नारायण आपका असीम धन्यवाद हैं, असीम धन्यवाद हैं, असीम धन्यवाद हैं। इस तरह आपको लिखना है, जब तक आपकी Wish पूरी होती है तब तक रोज़ लिखना है, एक जगह बैठ कर लिखना है। Preferable समय – शाम के 7:00 बजे के बाद का रहेगा, अन्यथा जो समय आपको सूट करता है, उस समय आप इसे लिख सकते हैं। कोशिश ये कीजिएगा कि जब आप बैठते हैं तो एकमुश्त आप इसे पूरा कर लिजिए, 56 बार का पैकेज पूरा कर लिजिए। एक साथ यदि नहीं लिख पा रहे है तो टुकड़ों – टुकड़ों में भी आप लिख सकते हैं। आप जब लिखना शुरू करते हैं, तो आप ये ध्यान रखिएगा कि एक दिन में ही पूरा हो जाए, 24 घंटे के भीतर ही आपका एक Purpose का Statement पूरा हो जाना चाहिए। ये तकनीक बहुत अधिक Effective है।

In this session, Raj Didi discussed the process to be followed to fulfill your priority wish. Raj Didi explained what needs to be done to fulfill your primary wish, as soon as possible. Take a notebook or if you write in Narayan Reiki Satsang Parivar diary, it would be better. At the top, write

“With the blessings of Narayan” (This will be your heading)

After that write your wish in positive words. Affirmations are easily available in the book of our organization “Phalibhoot Kare Prarthanayein / Manifest your prayers” it guides how to pray for our different wishes so that our prayers are answered as soon as possible. According to your priority wish you will get the statement in This book .you have to write your complete statement as guided in the book under the heading, “With Narayan Blessings” After the heading you write your statement, after that you will write number 1.

In this way you will write a complete statement. Then write
