31 मार्च 2021 दैविक बुधवार सत्संग का सारांश।

सत्संग आपके लिए राजदीदी के दैविक सत्संग के खजाने से लाया गया है।

दीदी ने सत्र की शुरुआत ' नारायण धन्यवाद प्रार्थना' से की।

दीदी ने शांतनु की कहानी के माध्यम से पहला संदेश साझा किया।

एक तूफानी हवाओं वाले दिन मिस्टर शांतनु सैर करने निकल पड़े। रास्ते में उन्होंने देखा कि एक बूढ़ा व्यक्ति कुछ बच्चों पर जोर जोर से चिल्ला रहा था और बच्चे तेजी से भाग रहे थे। जब शांतनु अगले मोड की तरफ पहुंचे तो उन्होंने सामने इन बच्चों को देखा। बच्चे थोड़ी देर पहले हवा चलने की वजह से पेड़ से नीचे गिरे आमों को बटोरते हुए दिखाई दिए।

शांतनु समझ गए कि वह बूढ़ा व्यक्ति क्यों इन पर चिल्ला रहा था। निश्चित है कि यह बच्चे उसके बगीचे के आम बटोर रहे होंगे, उसे सहन नहीं हुआ होगा और उन पर चिल्ला रहा था। शांतनु को अपना बचपन याद आ गया क्योंकि वह भी जंगल में जाकर पेड़ों पर से आम तोड़ते थे। शांतनु ने नजदीक पहुंच कर उनसे पूछा कि वे क्या कर रहे हैं। लड़के ने जवाब नहीं दिया लेकिन लड़की ने कहा कि अंकल हम आम बटोर रहे हैं। बच्चे अच्छे अच्छे आम चुनकर थैले में डालते, खराब को फेंक देते और फिर अगले पेड़ की ओर चल पड़ते।

पूरी गली शांतनु उनके साथ साथ आगे बढ़ते रहे लेकिन एक दूरी बनाते हुए।

शांतनु ने देखा उनका झोला अच्छा खासा भर चुका था और खासियत यह थी कि अभी तक उन लोगों ने एक भी आम चखा नहीं था। वे उन बच्चों के नजदीक गए और बोले कि तुम्हारा झोला भर चुका है, कितना खाओगे, इतना काफी नहीं है क्या? बस करो! यह सुनकर लड़की बोल पड़ी- अंकल हम आम खाने के लिए नहीं बेचने के लिए बटोर रहे हैं। आज हमारी मां का जन्मदिन है। हम सुबह से सोच रहे थे कि मां को जन्मदिन पर क्या गिफ्ट दें। हमारे पास पैसे नहीं है। तो हम आम बटोर कर फिर इन्हें बेचेंगे और जो पैसा मिलेगा उससे माँ के लिए उपहार ले लेंगे।

बच्चे बगल वाली गली में आम और अमरूद की चार ढेरी लगा कर बैठ गए। बच्चों को समझ नहीं थी और वे सस्ते आम बेच रहे रहे। आम सस्ते होने की वजह से झटपट बिक गए लेकिन छोटी नरम साइज के आमों का ढेर ऐसे ही पड़ा था। अंत में शांतनु नजदीक गए और उन्होंने बचे हुए सारे आम खरीद लिए।

अब सारे आम बिक चुके थे। बच्चों ने पैसा गिनना शुरू कर दिया। अब आपस में सोचने लगे कि मां के लिए क्या लेकर आना चाहिए। आपस में बहस चलती रही जब तक सामने से छतरी बेचने वाला नहीं आ गया। ज्यों ही लड़की ने छतरी बेचने वाले को देखा वह बोली कि मां हमेशा शाम को काम से लौटती है और हमेशा भीग जाती है। मां को उपहार में छतरी ही देंगे।

लड़की को एक छतरी पसंद आई। छतरी के दाम पूछे पर जो दाम उनके पास थे वह छतरी उससे कहीं अधिक मूल्यवान थी। भाइयों के दबाव डालने पर भी वह लड़की मानी नहीं, रोती रही कि वो ही छतरी लेनी है। शांतनु छतरी वाले के सामने खड़े थे और बच्चों की पीठ शान्तनु की तरफ थी। शांतनु ने जेब से 50 का नोट निकाला और छतरी वाले को इशारा करते हुए कहा कि बच्चो को जो छतरी चाहिए वह दे दे। वह उसके पैसे दे देंगे। छतरी वाला इशारा समझ गया। उसने बच्चो को छतरी पकड़ाई और बच्चे खुशी-खुशी वहां से चले गए। छतरी वाला आया और उनसे 50 का नोट ले गया।

लिखते हैं शांतनु- कई लोग यह सोचेंगे कि मैंने 50 रुपये का दान दिया। लेकिन उससे कई गुना तो उन्हें मिला है। उनके लिए उस 50 के नोट की कीमत एक कैडबरी चॉकलेट या चिप्स का पैकेट थी लेकिन बच्चों के लिए अपनी मां को अपना प्रेम जताने का एक जरिया है। उन बच्चों की खुशी ने तो आज उसके नोट की कीमत बढ़ा दी।

जब शाम को वे बच्चे उपहार ले जाकर अपनी मां के हाथ में रखेंगे और बताएंगे कि दिन भर में क्या-क्या व्यवस्था करी थी मां के लिए उपहार लाने के लिए तो माँ की आखों में जो खुशी के आंसू आएंगे उनकी कीमत लगाई नहीं जा सकती है।

उन बच्चों ने तो नोट की कीमत कई गुना बढ़ा दी थी।

शांतनु लिखते हैं 50 का नोट देने के बाद से शांतनु का जीवन जरूर चमक उठा।

दीदी ने राम कुमार की कहानी के माध्यम से दूसरा संदेश साझा किया।

मिस्टर राम कुमार की इंजिनीयरिंग की पढ़ाई पूरी हो चुकी थी और पढ़ाई पूरी होते ही उन्हें एक मल्टीनेशनल कंपनी में नौकरी मिल गई थी।

उन्हें जूनियर फॉर मैन की पोस्ट मिली जिसमें उन्हें कंपनी की फैक्ट्री में बॉयलर और अन्य उपकरणों की देखरेख करनी थी। साथ ही साथ वहां जो कारीगरों से काम लेना था और उनका ध्यान रखना था। लगभग 35 लोग पूरी फैक्ट्री की दिन भर की रिपोर्ट उन्हें देते और फिर वे अपने सीनियर सुपरिंटेंडेंट को उसे पहुंचाते। उनकी फैक्ट्री में सातों दिन 24 घंटे काम चलता ताकि प्रोडक्शन बढ़ता रहे। मेहनती होने के कारण उनकी तरक्की होती चली गई। उन्हें फैक्ट्री के भीतर ही सभी सुविधाओं के साथ मकान मिल गया। लेकिन उनकी जिम्मेदारियां भी बढ़ गई पर वे इन सारी चीजों से बेहद खुश थे।

रामकुमार की फैक्ट्री जिस जगह पर बसी हुई थी वहाँ चारों तरफ पेड़ पौधे लगे हुए थे, बहुत हरियाली रहती थी। एक बार जबरदस्त बरसात हुई चारों ओर ठंडक थी, नमी थी, उस समय सांप निकल कर बायलर रूम में आ जाते और बॉयलर के इर्द-गिर्द अपने आप को लपेट लेते। बॉयलर की गर्माहट से उन्हें आराम महसूस होता। एक दिन सुबह सुबह 3:30 बजे राम कुमार अपने कैबिन में बैठे हुए थे। दो वर्कर भागे भागे आए और उन्हें बताया कि रात 1:00 बजे एक वर्कर बॉयलर का तापमान देखने के लिए ऊपर चढ़ा और देखकर जब नीचे उतार रहा था तो सीढ़ियों पर एक कोबरा फन फैलाए बॉयलर से लिपटा हुआ है। अगर वह नीचे उतरता तो काट लेता इसलिए वर्कर वापस ऊपर जाकर बैठ गया। जब बहुत देर तक वर्कर ड्यूटी रूम में नहीं पहुंचा तो उसका साथी उसे देखने के लिए वहां आया। उसने देखा कि कोबरा लिपटा हुआ पड़ा है और उसका मित्र ऊपर बैठा हुआ है। उसने बाकी लोगों को जमा कर साँप को भगाया। तब वह आदमी नीचे उतरकर आया।

सभी की बात सुनकर राम कुमार ने उनसे पूछा कि अब वे लोग उससे क्या चाहते हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि उन्हें जूते चाहिए है क्योंकि बॉयलर के इर्द-गिर्द बहुत फिसलन है। कई बार सांप आते हैं वे डर कर भागते हैं। फिसलन से गिर सकते हैं। जूते रहेंगे तो सुविधा रहेगी।

रामकुमार ने देखा छः वर्कर के लिए छः जोड़ी जूतों की जरूरत पड़ेगी। उन्हें लगा कि वे सीनियर से बात करके उन लोगों के लिए व्यवस्था हो जाएगी।

दूसरे दिन सुबह वह अपने सुपरिंटेंडेंट के पास गए और सारी बात बताई। सीनियर ने प्लांट हेड से बात की और उनका उत्तर सुनकर राम कुमार दंग रह गया। प्लांट हेड ने यह कह कर मना कर दिया कि यदि छः को जूते दिलाए तो 600 को दिलाने पड़ेंगे। कंपनी इतना खर्चा नहीं कर सकती है, सांप रोज रोज तो नहीं आते हैं। अगर मजदूरों को जूते चाहिए तो खुद लाकर पहन लें। कंपनी लाकर नहीं देगी। राम कुमार ने खुद प्लांट हेड से जाकर विनम्रता से अनुरोध किया कि बॉयलर के इर्द-गिर्द बहुत फिसलन है, यदि कोई दुर्घटना घटती है, किसी मजदूर की जान जाती है तो उचित नहीं होगा। प्लांट हेड ने जोर से रामकुमार को फटकार कर नौकरी से निकाल देने की धमकी दी।

रामकुमार ने मजदूरों को सारी बात बताई। सुनकर मजदूर उदास हो गए लेकिन उसका असर काम पर भी होने लगा। प्रोडक्शन कम होने लगा इसलिए राम कुमार को प्रोडक्शन डिपार्टमेंट में माफी मांगनी पड़ती थी। उन्होंने सोचना शुरू किया कि क्या वाकई वर्करों को जूते चाहिए हैं?

उन्हें एहसास हुआ कि बायलर के आस-पास वाकई बहुत चिकनाहट है। यदि कोई वर्कर फिसलता है तो दुर्घटना घटती है, किसी की जान भी जा सकती है तो जूते लाना उचित है। अभी कंपनी खर्चा नहीं कर रही है तो वे खर्चा करेंगे और 6 जोड़ी जूते खरीद कर लाएंगे। इन वर्करों को देंगे।

क्यों दुर्घटना घटे? उससे सबक लें, फिर जूते लेकर आए। अच्छा है अगर पहले से ही सावधानी बरत ली जाए।

बहुत सोच समझने के बाद रामकुमार ने कदम उठाया। यदि नौकरी से निकाल दिया जाएगा तो दोबारा नौकरी नहीं करेंगे खुद का काम करेंगे।

दूसरे दिन वर्कर के साथ बाजार जाकर उन्हें जूते दिलवाए। वे बड़े खुश थे। बात प्लांट हेड तक पहुंच गयी कि राम कुमार ने 6 जोड़ी जूते मजदूरों को दिलवाए हैं। उन्हें बुलवाया गया और 7 दिन में वहाँ से जाने के लिए कहा। राम कुमार इलेक्ट्रिकल इंजीनियर थे। राम कुमार ने बचा हुआ काम पूरा किया और अपने गांव चले गए। उन्होंने अपना काम शुरू किया।

रामकुमार लिखते हैं कि आज उनकी खुद की फैक्ट्री है लेकिन जब वे पीछे मुड़कर देखते हैं और उन्हें वह घटना याद आती है तो उन्हें एहसास होता है कि उस दिन किसी दैविक शक्ति ने उनसे वह काम करवाया था। किसी मजदूर को दुर्घटना में चोट पहुंचे उससे पहले हमें प्रिकॉशन ले लेना चाहिए और उन्होंने उस दैविक शक्ति का आदेश सुना और उन्हें जूते दिलवाए। शायद उनकी दुआ ही आज उनके साथ काम कर रही है जो आज वे एक फैक्ट्री के मालिक बने बैठे हैं।

राम कुमार के वहाँ से निकलने के बाद चौथे दिन ही जबरदस्त दुर्घटना घटी। इंस्पेक्टर आए और उन्होंने आदेश दिया कि 600 के 600 वर्कर को जूते मिलने चाहिए। इसलिए जो निर्णय राम कुमार ने उस समय लिया वह सही समय पर सही निर्णय था।

अच्छा है कोई दुर्घटना होने से पहले, किसी को नुकसान पहुंचने से पहले हम एहतियात ले लें। जीवन में यदि दुआ बटोरते रहे तो दवा की जरूरत नहीं पड़ेगी।

Summary of 31st March 2021 Divine Wednesday Session.

Didi commenced the session with 'The Narayan Dhanyawad Prayers'.

Didi shared story of Shantanu. One day on a cloudy day Shantanu went out for a walk ,on the way he noticed, an old man shouting at the children. The children ran away, when Shantanu reached another lane, he saw that the children were collecting the mangoes which had fallen on the ground due to storm and rains. Shantanu remembered his childhood, he loved to climb trees in the jungle and pick ripe mangoes .

Shantanu asked the children, what are they doing? The two boys kept mum, their younger sister replied that they were collecting the mangoes. Shantanu followed them and observed that their bags were full of mangoes, he again enquired that what would they do of so many mangoes. The girl confided in him that they would sell the mangoes and buy a birthday gift for their mother.

The children proceeded towards the market and\ sat down on the nearby narrow lane. They sold the mangoes at a very low price. Still a few mangoes were left, Shantanu went to them and bought the remaining mangoes.

The children were very happy. They started discussing what gift they should buy for their mother.

Suddenly, an umbrella seller passed by, the girl suggested that they should buy an umbrella for their mother as birthday gift. It would be very useful for her during rainy season.

The price of umbrella which the girl liked was more then the amount the children had collected. The girl started crying as she wanted that umbrella only.

Shantanu showed a fifty rupee note to the umbrella seller and signalled him to give umbrella to the children and he would pay the balance. The umbrella seller gave the umbrella to the children for the money which they had .The children took the umbrella and ran towards the home. Umbrella seller took fifty rupee note from Shantanu and moved on.

Shantanu said, the joy of children added value to his Fifty rupee note. For Shantanu the value of fifty rupee note was a Cadbury chocolate or a packet of wafers.

The joy which the children felt by buying a gift for their mother, to express their love and care for her...added value to the fifty rupee note.

The joy of mother on receiving the gift ,for which the children had taken so much efforts... added value to the fifty rupee note. Shantanu said after that experience his life became more beautiful .

Didi shared one more story of Mr Ram.

Mr. Ram Kumar's engineering degree was completed and he got a job in a multinational company.

He was on post of Junior manager in which he was to oversee boilers and other equipment in the company's factory. About 35 people would give him the day-long report of the entire factory and then he would deliver it to their senior superintendent. His factory used to work 24 hours a day for seven days so that production would continue to grow. Due to hard work, they progressed. Ram kumar found a good house within the factory premises . He was very happy with his work.

The place where Ramkumar's factory was located, was surrounded by trees, there was a lot of greenery. Once there was tremendous rain, there was cold, moisture, at that time the snakes would come out in the boiler room and wrap themselves around the boiler. The warmth of the boiler made them feel relaxed. One day at 3:30 am. Ram Kumar was sitting in his cabin. Two workers came inside and told him that around 1:00 am, a worker climbed up to see the temperature of the boiler and saw a cobra wrapped on the stairs near the boiler. If he had come down, the cobra would have bitten him, so the worker went back on the roof and waited for help. When the worker did not reach the duty room for very long, his partner came there to see him. He saw the cobra lying around and his friend sitting on the roof. He gathered many people and snake was shooed away.

Ram Kumar asked them what the workers expected from them . The worker said that he needed shoes because the area around the boiler is very slippery. Many times snakes come and workers have to run . If they have shoes it would be safe and convenient for them.

Ramkumar saw that six workers would require six pairs of shoes. He felt that by talking to the seniors, arrangements would be made for those people.

The next day, in the morning, he went to his superintendent and told the whole story. The senior spoke to the plant head and Ram Kumar was stunned to hear his answer. The plant head refused, saying that if six workers were given shoes, 600 more would demand , the company cannot spend this much, snakes do not come every day. If the workers want shoes, then they can themselves purchase. The company will not buy shoes for them. Ram Kumar himself went from the plant head and politely requested that it is very slippery around the boiler, it would not be appropriate if an accident happens, the life of a labourer is lost. The plant head loudly rebuked Ramkumar and threatened to fire him..

Ramkumar told the workers about the whole thing. Hearing this, the laborers became depressed but it also affected their work. Production started falling, so Ram Kumar had to apologize to the production department. Ram Kumar wondered if the workers really needed shoes?

He realized that the area around the boiler is very slippery. If a worker slips then the accident will happen, someone's life can also be lost, so it is advisable to buy shoes. If the company is not spending now, then he will spend and buy 6 pairs of shoes and Would give to the workers.

After pondering over the matter, Ramkumar took the step. He decided that if removed from the job, he will not do the job again and start his own work.

The next day, he went to the market with the worker and got them shoes. He was very happy. The matter reached the plant head that Ram Kumar had provided 6 pairs of shoes to the labourers. He was called and asked to leave in 7 days. Ram Kumar completed pending work of the company and left for his native place. He was an electrical engineer. He started his own work.

Ramkumar writes that today he has his own factory but when he looks back and remembers the incident, he realizes that some *Divine power had guided him that day ,that before a worker gets hurt in an accident, we must take the precautions and he followed the message of that Divine power and got them shoes. Perhaps their blessing is working with him today, as he has become the owner of a factor .

A tremendous accident occurred on the fourth day after Ram Kumar left the place. The inspector came and ordered that 600 workers should be provided shoes from the company. Therefore, the decision that Ram Kumar took at that time was the right decision at the right time.

It is good that before an accident happens, we take precaution before anyone is harmed.

If you collect blessings in your life, then medicine will not be needed.
