दीदी ने एक सुंदर प्रार्थना के साथ सत्र की शुरुआत की और "नारायण" से हमारे दिलों से नफरत को दूर करने और इसे निःस्वार्थ प्रेम से भरने का अनुरोध किया।

हे ईश्वर तुमने हमने तीन अक्षर का मानव बनाया

तीन अक्षर का जीवन दिया

तीन अक्षर की धरती बनाई

तीन अक्षर का आकाश बनाया

तीन अक्षर की पवन बनाई

तीन अक्षर के सितारे बनाए

तीन अक्षर की रजनी बनाई

तीन अक्षर की किरण बनाई

हम तीन अक्षर के देवता से ये प्रार्थना करते हैं

कि इस दो अक्षर के दिल से

चार अक्षर की नफरत मिटा कर ढाई आखर प्रीत प्रेम और प्यार का भर दे।

दीदी ने कहा कि हर व्यक्ति जीवन में सोचने और अपनी मनचाही राह पर चलने के लिए स्वतंत्र है। कुछ लोग जीवन में कोई भी कदम उठाने से पहले सोचते हैं, जबकि कुछ लोग परिणाम के बारे में सोचे बिना बस आगे बढ़ जाते हैं। कुछ कहानियां, कुछ किस्से ऐसे होते हैं जो हमारे मन को छू जाते हैं और हमारे जीवन के दृष्टिकोण को भी बदल देते हैं। दीदी ने कहा, कुछ घटनाएं ऐसी होती हैं जो न सिर्फ हमारे दिलों को छू जाती हैं बल्कि खूबसूरत संदेश भी देती हैं।

दीदी ने ऐसी ही एक घटना साझा की, पत्नी का जन्मदिन था और पति ने उसे एक कार उपहार में दी। उसने उसे कार की चाबियां और उसका ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस और कार के महत्वपूर्ण दस्तावेजों के साथ एक लिफाफा भी दिया। पति ने अपनी पत्नी को नई कार में ड्राइव का आनंद लेने के लिए कहा। उसने उसे आश्वासन दिया कि वह घर पर रहेगा और बच्चों की देखभाल करेगा। पत्नी ने खुशी-खुशी कार की चाबी ली और ड्राइव का आनंद लेने के लिए नई कार निकाली।

वह मुश्किल से एक किलोमीटर गई होगी कि कार सड़क के डिवाइडर से जा टकराई। पत्नी को कोई चोट नहीं आई लेकिन कार क्षतिग्रस्त हो गई। नई कार में खरोंच लगने से पत्नी घबरा गई। उसने सोचा कि वह अपने पति को क्या बताएगी, और वह कैसे प्रतिक्रिया देगा ...वह रो रही थी, पुलिस वाला उसके पास पहुंचा और उसका ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस मांगा।

पत्नी ने वह लिफाफा उठाया जिसे उसके पति ने कार की चाबियों के साथ उसे दिया था। उसने लाइसेंस निकालने के लिए लिफाफा खोला और लिफाफे के साथ कागज की एक पर्ची देखी। इसमें लिखा था "प्रिय यदि कोई दुर्घटना घट जाए, तो याद रखना, जिसे मैं प्रेम करता हूं वह तुम हो कार नहीं" इस पर उनके पति ने हस्ताक्षर किए थे। पत्नी खुशी से झूम उठी।

दीदी ने कहा भाग्यशाली हैं वे लोग, जो समझ चुके हैं कि उन्हें व्यक्तियों से प्रेम करना है और वस्तुओं का उपयोग करना है, न कि वस्तुओं से प्रेम करना और व्यक्तियों का उपयोग करना। बहुत से लोग परेशान हो जाते हैं जब उनकी पसंदीदा कार या किसी कीमती चीज पर एक छोटी सी खरोंच भी आ जाती है, लेकिन खुद के दिल पर या किसी और के दिल पर लगी हुई खरोंच की तो वे परवाह ही नहीं करते हैं।

अध्यात्म गुरु राघव कहते हैं, उन लोगों को कभी अनदेखा न करें जो तुम्हारी बहुत परवाह करते हैं, वरना एक दिन यह एहसास होगा कि पत्थर जमा करते करते हीरा गंवा बैठे। भारत के पूर्व राष्ट्रपति श्री अब्दुल कलामजी अक्सर कहा करते थे कि मेरे पास तो प्रेम करने के लिए ही समय काम पड़ता है, पता नहीं लोग नफरत के लिए कहां से समय निकाल लेते हैं।

दीदी ने एक और दिल को छू लेने वाली कहानी एक खूबसूरत संदेश के साथ साझा की।

सुबह का समय था, ठंडी हवा चल रही थी। एक सुंदर लाल गुलाब बगीचे में खुशी से झूम रहा था। उसे खुशी से झूमते देख आसपास के पेड़ पौधों ने कहा कि अरे इतना खुशी से इतना मत इतराओ, शाम तक तुम्हारी पंखुड़ियां मुरझा जानेवाली और तुम्हारा जीवन समाप्त हो जाएगा। गुलाब ने मुस्कुराते हुए उत्तर दिया कि तो क्या हुआ जितना जीवन मिला है उतना तो खुशी से जी लूं।

पौधों ने फिर से गुलाब को चेतावनी दी, कि अगर वह बहुत अधिक झूलेगा तो माली उसे देख लेगा और उसे तोड़ लेगा। गुलाब ने उत्तर दिया कि हम कितना अच्छा जीवन जीते हैं यह महत्वपूर्ण है कितना लंबा जीवन जीते हैं यह नहीं। जीवन का मतलब है अपने चारों और खुशियां बिखेरना सुगंध बिखेरना। इतना कहकर गुलाब ठंडी हवा में खुशी से झूमने लगा।

दीदी ने इस बात पर जोर दिया कि एक अच्छा जीवन लंबे जीवन से ज्यादा महत्व रखता है।

दीदी ने साझा किया कि स्वामी विवेकानंद ने कहा, ''जीवन केवल धन नहीं, इसे धन्य करें''।

दीदी का सभी के लिए आशीर्वाद के साथ सत्र का समापन हुआ।

Didi commenced the session with a beautiful prayer and request to "The Narayan" to remove hatred from our hearts and fill it with unconditional love. Didi said every person is independent to think and choose their own path in life. Some people think before taking any step in life, while others just move on, with out thinking of the consequences. Some stories touch our hearts and change our attitude towards life. Didi said, there are some incidents which not only touch our hearts but also give beautiful messages.

Didi shared one such incident it was wife's birthday and husband gifted her a car. He handed her car keys and also an envelope with her driving license and important documents of the car. The Husband asked his wife to enjoy drive in her new car. He assured her that he would stay back at home and take care of the children. Wife happily took the car keys and took out the new car to enjoy the drive.

She had hardly driven for one kilometer, the car banged into the road divider. The wife was unhurt but the car was damaged. The wife got nervous as a big dent appeared on her new car. She wondered what would she tell her husband , and how would he react ...

She was in tears, the police man approached her and asked for her driving license.

The wife picked the envelope which her husband handed over to her along with the car keys. she opened the envelope to remove the license and saw a slip of paper attached on the envelope. It read" If any accident occurs remember, it is you I love and not the car " it was signed by her husband. Wife was overwhelmed with joy.

Didi said those people are indeed lucky, who have understood that they should love people and use the things, and not to use people and love the things. Many people get upset when a little scratch appear on their favorite car or any valuable item , while they never bother about the hurt they give others.

The Spritual Guru Raghav says, Do not ignore the people who care for you ,other wise one day you would realize that while collecting the stones, you have lost the diamond. Ex President of India Shree Abdul Kalamji Azad often mentioned that he does not get enough time to love, how people take out time for hatred.

Didi shared another heart touching story with a beautiful message.

It was early morning, cool breeze was blowing. A beautiful red rose was swinging with joy in the beautiful garden. The other plants addressed it and enquired why it was swinging so much , by evening his petals would wilt and it's life would end. The rose replied that no matter even if his life is short, he wants to enjoy each and every moment of his life and spread joy.

The plants again warned the rose, that if he would swing a lot the gardener would notice him and pluck him. The rose replied that quality of life is more important then a long life. The rose said, the mission of his life was to spread joy and be happy. It is important how good life we lead rather then how long we live . After saying this the rose started swinging happily in cool breeze.

Didi emphasised that a good life is more significant than a long life.

Didi shared that Swami Vivekanand said ' "Jeevan keval Dhan nahee ,usse Dhanya karein".

Didi concluded the session with blessings for everyone.
