सत्संग आपके लिए राज दीदी के दैविक सत्संग के खजाने से लाया गया है।

राज दीदी ने इस सत्र मे श्रीमती सुधा मैनन की एक पुस्तक के बारे मे वर्णन किया है जिसमें उन्होंने प्रदीप भार्गव जो Commence India के Director है और भी बहुत सी चीजों को सुशोभित करने वाले है, उनके बारे मे लिखा है। श्रीमती सुधा जी लिखती है – प्रदीप जी इतनी ऊंची Post पर होने के बावजूद भी स्टाफ कैंटीन में जाकर खाना खाते थे, अपनी थाली खुद परोसते और खुद ही धोकर भी रखते थे। उन्होंने यह व्यवस्था कर रखी थी कि Plate में जो भी खाना बचे उसे एक Tub मे खाली कर दिया जाए और उसे रोज तोला जाता और स्टाफ को दिखाया जाता कि कितना खाना Waste हो रहा है, अगली बार ऐसा ना हो और उस खाने को खाद के रूप में परिवर्तित कर दिया जाता।

प्रदीप जी अपनी बेटी को लिखते हैं - मैं अपना काम पूरी इमानदारी से, मेहनत से, लगन से करता हूं। मैं ये विशेष ध्यान रखता हूं कि जो समय मुझे दिया गया है, जो Budget मुझे दिया गया है उसके भीतर – भीतर काम पूरा कर लू। मेरा काम इतना Perfect रहता था कि कोई भी उसे Check नहीं करता था क्योंकि मैं ईमानदारी के साथ काम करता था। प्रदीप जी अपनी बेटी से कहते हैं कि सफल बनो। मेरी राय में सफलता का अर्थ यह है कि तुम जिस कमरे में प्रवेश करो, तुम्हें देखकर उस कमरे मे मौजूद सभी लोगों के चेहरा खिल उठे। ऐसा तभी होगा जब तुम लोगों का ध्यान रखने वाली बनोगी, Care करने वाली बनोगी। यदि हम चाहते हैं कि हमारे नाती – पोतो को अच्छी दुनिया मिले *”तो हमें लोगों का ख्याल रखने की आदत विरासत में छोड़कर जाना होगा।“* प्रदीप जी अपनी बेटी से कहते हैं कि कोई पीछे से तुम्हारी चर्चा करें तो उसमें ये तीन चीजों का समावेश जरूर हो कि वह इमानदार है, विनम्र है और लोगों का ख्याल रखने वाली है।

उसी पुस्तक में श्रीमती सुधा जी ने K V Kamat जी के बारे में भी लिखा है जो एक मशहूर Banker है। जो महिलाएं अपने Career में आगे बढ़ना चाहती है उनको Mr. Kamat भरपूर Support करते हैं, वे कहते हैं पढ़ो लिखो और अपना Career बनाओ। उनके Team की एक महिला श्रीमती Chanda Kochhar अपने Career में बहुत आगे बढ़ी है। Kamat जी ने अपनी बेटी को भी बहुत पढ़ाया – लिखाया। जब उनकी बेटी अपने Career के Peak पर थी, सफलता प्राप्त कर रही थी तब उसने अपना Career छोड़ा और अपने बच्चों में लग गई। उसका कहना था कि मेरे तीन बच्चों को मेरी ज्यादा जरूरत थी, मेरे पति Doctor है और हमेशा व्यस्त रहते है। आज मेरे बच्चों को मेरी जरूरत है, मेरा Career तो फिर भी मेरा इंतजार कर लेगा पर मेरे बच्चे मेरा इंतजार नहीं करेंगे। आज जब हम सफलता का स्वाद चख लेते हैं, सफलता की सीढ़ी चढ़ लेते हैं तो हम उसे छोड़ नहीं पाते, पर मैंने अपने बच्चों के लिए छोड़ दिया।

राज दीदी कहते हैं कि जब मैंने यह पढ़ा तो मुझे सालों पहले टीवी पर देखा एक Interview याद आया, मराठी चैनल था। दो महिलाएं बैठी हुई थी, उसमें से एक 30-32 साल की थी और दूसरी 60-65 की थी। जो 65 साल की महिला थी वह एक बहुत बड़ी Celebrity थी और जो दूसरी महिला थी वह उसका Interview ले रही थी। उस Interview लेने वाली महिला ने Celebrity से पूछा कि आज आपके पास पद, पैसा, प्रतिष्ठा सब कुछ बहुतायत मे है, कोई कल्पना नहीं कर सकता कि इतना आपके पास है, फिर भी आपको कोई कमी लगती है क्या..?? राज दीदी कहते हैं कि जब यह प्रश्न पूछा गया तो उस Celebrity की आंखों में नमी आ गई थी। उन्होंने रुमाल से पौछना शुरू किया और अपनी गर्दन हिलाई। उन्होंने कहा कि इतनी कमी खलती है मुझे कि जब मेरे बच्चे छोटे थे तब मेरे बच्चों को सबसे ज्यादा मेरी जरूरत थी, उस वक्त मैं उनके पास नहीं थी, अपना Career बनाने में लगी हुई थी। वह दुख मुझे इतना सालता है कि पद, पैसा, प्रतिष्ठा सब फीका लगता है। राज दीदी कहते हैं कि जब इन दोनों की जीवनी मैंने पढ़ी और जो चीजें सामने आई वह ये थी कि, नारायण शास्त्र मे नारायण कहते है कि यदि आप सार्थक जीवन जीते हैं तो मैं सफलता आपके पीछे – पीछे कर दूंगा।

Summary of Divine Wednesday Satsang 21 December 2022.

The satsang is brought to you from The Treasure box of Raj Didi’s Divine satsang. Rajdidi shared a story from the book of Mrs.Sudha Menon in which she has written about Pradeep Bhargava who is the director of Commence of India . Smt.Sudha ji writes – Despite being on such a high post, Pradeepji used to go to the staff canteen eat food, and wash his plate himself. He had arranged that whatever food was left in the plate should be emptied in a tub and it would be weighed daily and the staff would be shown how much food was being wasted, next time it should not happen and that food should be composted.

Pradeep ji wrote to his daughter –“ I do my work with full honesty, hard work and dedication. I take special care to complete the work within the time and the budget given to me. My work used to be so perfect that no one used to check it because I used to work with honesty”. Pradeepji explained his daughter that to be successful means that when you enter any room the faces of all the people present in that room should light up on seeing you. This will happen only when you take care of the people. If we want our grandchildren to have a good world then we have to teach them love and care.You should ensure that the children are honest, polite and caring towards people.

In the same book Smt.Sudha ji wrote about K V Kamat who is a famous banker.Mr kamat supports the women who want to move forward in their career. Mr kamath says, study and make your career. Mrs. Chanda Kochhar, a lady from his team progressed a lot in her career.

Mr Kamat”s daughter is also highly educated. When his daughter was at the peak of her career, she left her career to take care of her children. She said , ‘my three children needed me more, my husband is a doctor and is always busy. Today my children need me, my career will still wait for me but my children will not wait for me’.

Today, when we taste success, climb the ladder of success, we cannot leave it, but left it for my children. Raj Didi says that when I read this, I remembered an interview I saw on TV years ago, it was a Marathi channel. Two women were sitting, one was around 30 years old and the other was 60-65. The 65-year-old woman was a big celebrity and the other woman was interviewing her. The woman taking that interview asked the celebrity that today you have position, money, prestige everything in abundance, no one can imagine that you have so much, still do you feel any thing missing in life .?? Raj Didi says that when this question was asked, the eyes of that celebrity were moist. She said that she feels that when her children were small, her children needed her the most, at that time she was not with them, she was busy making career. The position, money, prestige seem to have no meaning. Raj Didi said that when she read the biographies of these two and the things that came to the fore were similar Narayan Shastra says that if you lead a meaningful life then your success is ensured . .
