प्रश्न:- कई बार पैतृक संपत्ति के विभाजन को लेकर परिवार में मनमुटाव हो जाता है..संबंध

प्रभावित होते हैं..यह जीवन को कैसे प्रभावित करता है और व्यक्ति ऐसे संचित कर्मों का

भुगतान कैसे करता है?

उत्तर:- दीदी ने उत्तर दिया कि पुरखों की संपत्ति में सभी बच्चों का समान हिस्सा है।

पिता पैसा कमाने के लिए जीवन भर बहुत मेहनत करता है। बच्चे उनके धन पर अधिकार

का दावा करते हैं .. क्या आपने कभी माता-पिता को यह कहते हुए सुना है कि बच्चों की

कमाई में उनका अधिकार है .. हालांकि उनका तो सबसे ज्यादा हक होता है क्योंकि आज वे

जिस ऊंचाई पर पहुंचे हैं और कमा रहे हैं, यह माता-पिता के पालन-पोषण के कारण संभव

हुआ है। सारा श्रेय माता-पिता को जाता है और वे उसकी कमाई में अपने हिस्से की मांग

कर सकते हैं, हालांकि ऐसा कभी नहीं होता है। अगर माता-पिता को कुछ भी चाहिए तो भी

वे अपने बच्चों से अनुरोध करते हैं।

बच्चे अपना हक पिता से मांगते हैं। पिता की मेहनत की कमाई पर केवल माता-पिता का ही

100% हक होता है और यह उनकी इच्छा है इसे वे किसे देना चाहते हैं। दीदी ने विस्तार से

बताया कि माता-पिता के लिए सभी बच्चे समान हैं लेकिन अगर वे स्मार्टनेस दिखाना लगते

हैं तो माता-पिता को भी लगता है ....

दीदी ने एक प्रसंग सुनाया-

दो भाई पिता के साथ संयुक्त परिवार में रह रहे थे। घर में सब कुछ अच्छा था, उनके पास

पर्याप्त दौलत थी और सभी एक साथ खुशी-खुशी रह रहे थे।पिता बीमार पड़ गए और उन्होंने

घोषणा की कि जैसे ही वह ठीक हो जाएंगे, वे दोनों बेटों के बीच संपत्ति का बंटवारा करे देंगे।

छोटे भाई की पत्नी ने उससे कहा कि जब बड़ा भाई दुकान से पैसे घर लाता है, तो उसे

परिवार के लॉकर में रखने से पहले, वह एक हिस्सा निकालकर अपनी अलमारी में रखता है।

छोटे भाई ने इस पर ध्यान नहीं दिया। पत्नी ने कई बार शिकायत की तो उसने उसे

समझाया और कहा कि वह इस बारे में पिताजी को बता देगा। छोटे भाई को अपने बड़े भाई

के लिए बुरा लगा कि वह धन के लिए कर्म क्यों जमा कर रहा है ?? वह अपने बड़े भाई

का बहुत सम्मान करता था।

छोटा भाई अपने पिता के पास गया और उनसे बड़े भाई को पूरी संपत्ति देने का अनुरोध

किया क्योंकि बड़े भाई की 3 बेटियाँ थीं और उसका बेटा बहुत छोटा था। पिता ने सहमति

व्यक्त की और छोटे से कहा कि धन का छोटा हिस्सा जो पिता ने अपने लिए रखा था वह

उनके जाने के बाद छोटे बेटे का हो जाएगा। छोटा बेटा नहीं चाहता था कि उसकी पत्नी घर

का वातावरण अस्वस्थ करे, इसलिए उसने अपनी पत्नी से कहा कि उसके पिता ने बड़े भाई

को नकद और अन्य गहने और छोटे बेटे को सारी जमीन और संपत्ति दे दी है।

बड़े भाई ने एक सौदा किया और उसमें सारा धन चला गया, जो उसे पिता से मिला था और

साथ ही जिसे उसने छिपाया था। जबकि छोटा भाई जो सही रास्ते पर था, उसने अपने बड़े

भाई की सभी 3 बेटियों की शादी भी करवा दी। दीदी ने कहा, यदि जिस पर आपका हक

नहीं है वो धन आप लेते हैं तो यह धन अपने साथ गरीबी, बीमारी, दुःख आदि लेकर आएगा

और यदि आपको आपके माता-पिता ने जो भी दिया उसे माथे लगा कर कृतज्ञता के साथ

लिया तो वह आपके लिए सुख शांति समृद्धि लेकर आएगा।

Question: - Many times a dispute occurs in family during the division of ancestral

property..the relations are affected..how it affects life and how does a person repays for

such accumulated karmas ??

Answer:- Didi replied that all children have equal share in ancestral property.

Father has worked very hard throughout his life to earn money . The children claim right on

his wealth ..Have you ever heard parents saying they have right in children's earnings

..though it is quite justified because a person achieves success and reaches a certain level

when he can earn money. This is possible due to parents upbringing . All credit goes to the

parents and they can demand their share in his earnings, though it never happens. Even if

parents require anything they request their children.

Children ask their right from.father hard earned money though only parents have 100%

right on it and it is their will whom they wish to give to Didi further elaborated that all

children are equal for parents but if they start acting smart then parents also feel ....

Didi narrated a true life incident

Two brothers were staying in joint family with father. Everything in the house was good ,

they had enough wealth and all were living happily together.

The Father fell ill and he announced as soon as he recovers he would distribute the property

between the two sons .

Younger brother's wife told him that when the elder brother brings home money from the

shop, Before keeping it in family locker, he takes out a portion and keeps it in his almirah.

The younger brother didnot pay any heed to this. When the wife complained many times

,he convinced her and said he would inform his father. Younger one felt bad for his elder

one and wondered, why he is accumulating karma for wealth?? he had high respect for his

elder brother.

Younger brother went to his father and requested him to give full property to elder brother

as the elder one had 3 daughters and his son was very small. The father agreed and told the

Younger one that the small portion of wealth that father had kept for himself would go to

the Younger son after his demise. The Younger son didnot want his wife to create dispute in

the house so he told her that his father has given cash and other jewellery to elder one and

all land and property to the younger son.

The elder one made a deal with a businessman and lost all the money, which he got from

father as well as which he had unrightfully hidden for himself. while the Younger one who

was on the right track progressed ,he also got all 3 daughters of his elder brother married.

Didi said,. If you take money without your right it attracts poverty, illness ,sorrow etc if you

accept ,what your parents give with gratitude you attract abundance.
